Mission Statement

No Limits Ministries International (NLMI) is an Apostolic and Fivefold Ministry that seeks to edify, encourage, and transform lives through sound biblical teaching and discipleship training to maximize the Believers’ full potential in God; to take dominion in earth, and function as Kingdom Ambassadors. We have fully embraced a Fivefold Ministry collaborative leadership structure where we work in teams and is operational within our local church.

NO LIMITS MINISTRIES FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY STRUCTURE

The objective of the five-fold ministry according to Ephesians 4 vs 11-13, is to prepare God’s people for service so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and grow mature, gaining the full measure of Christ’s fullness.

Based on this line of reasoning, the offices within the five-fold ministry must still be operational because the body of Christ has not been brought to complete unity in the faith and has not yet attained the whole measure of Christ’s fullness.

Since these things are true, the offices within the ambit of the five-fold ministry must continue to impact and influence the body of Christ.

Ephesians 4:11-13 says, “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ”.

On this premise, No Limits Ministries International has reorganized and re-established a five-fold collaborative leadership structure, where the various auxiliaries have been carefully assigned under the five ascension gifts listed in Ephesians 4:11-13.

The concept is that each member within the ministry, will be assigned to one of these auxiliaries, with the aim to train and empower the saints for the work of ministry. Actualising the vision of No Limits ministries International.

Apostolic churches may have many pastors that are responsible for pastoring various groups within the local church. This is the practice that is demonstrated in No Limits Ministries, as pastors are assigned to lead the various auxiliaries within the ministry.

Following 1 Corinthians 12:28 a sixth component has been added which is Helps & Administration, this will include all groups which provides assistance and support.

Five-Fold Ministry Structure- Division of Labour

The Practicality of the Function: –

According to 1 Corinthians 12:28

Apostles (The Apostolic Model)

  1. Prophets (The Apostolic Model)
  2. Teachers (The Apostolic Model)
  3. Pastors
  4. Evangelists

 Mode of Operations

It is imperative that the Five-Fold Ministry operates in the highest level of unity and submission with the understanding that though there are five individual fingers they all operate on one hand. Hence, the need for a strong unity in honouring and submitting to the varying gifts and callings as explained in (1 Corinthians 12;19-24, Ephesians 5:21).  It is therefore necessary to submit to one another due to the  grace conferred upon  various Five-Fold office holder.

Our Beliefs

God

We believe there is but one living and true God, everlasting, of infinite power, wisdom and goodness; Maker and Preserver of all things, both visible and invisible. And in the unity of this Godhead, there are three Persons of one substance of eternal being, and equal in holiness, justice, wisdom, power, and dignity; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

The Trinity

We believe in the only true God who exists eternally in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We also believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who was sent to this earth to redeem humankind from sin. He was crucified, buried, resurrected, ascended to heaven, and will return.

Jesus the Christ

We believe that Jesus the Christ, the Son, who is the Word of the Father, the very and eternal God, of one substance with the Father, took man’s nature in the womb of the blessed virgin; so that two whole and perfect natures, that is to say, the Godhead and the manhood were joined together in one Person, never to be divided, whereof is one Christ, very God and perfect man, who actually suffered, was crucified, dead, and buried, to reconcile the Father to us, and to make atonement, not only for our actual guilt, but also for original sin.

The Ressurrection

We believe that Christ did truly rise again from the dead, and took again His body, with all things appertaining to the perfections of man’s nature, and ascended into heaven and there sits until He shall return to judge all men at the last day.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Ghost, proceeding from the Father and the Son, is of one substance, majesty and glory with the Father and the Son, very and eternal God.

The Scriptures

We believe the Bible is divinely inspired by God, and is God’s way of revealing Himself to us. We believe that in it are the principles by which we are to successfully live, and the measure for our faith and principles.

Salvation

We believe that salvation comprises redemption and transformation of the whole person, and is free to all who believe in Jesus Christ. The basis of salvation is personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.

Baptism

We believe that water baptism is a symbol of the believer’s total commitment God. Baptism eliminates the power and bondage of sin and; consequently, a rebirth to a new life in Christ.

Communion

We believe in the importance of Communion, as we meditate on God’s unmatched love extended to us in Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.

The Kingdom

We believe in the sovereign rule, reign and authority of God in the life of believers. We believe that the Kingdom of God is within us and is manifested on earth as we faithfully obey Christ and His teachings.
